Conclusion: Congress has never replied (including Ron Paul) so I surmize that each member so informed actually desires that Americans be stolen from and imprisoned for a belief in the law.

FREE VIEWING - The most basic truths about the Tax Code and how the IRS violates it are disclosed inside. We are PRO-Congress; the law is perfect! It is hoped that Congress desires statutory proof that the IRS is engaged in a pattern of misconduct so pervasive and so unlawful that it can finally be abolished; that proof is here. The conclusions are irrefutable, and several points will be obvious even to those taking their first look at the letter of the law. Congress has to take control of the IRS, which is nothing new, but now it has the proof that it would be acting only to protect its own existing laws, which would in turn protect every American from the IRS.

The Supreme Court's expression below regarding separation of powers/taxation with representation is perhaps the best depiction of the objective of this course; to put Congress back in control of America's taxation and to remove the IRS from the reality of the average American at the same time. Our primary mission is to restore this -

"The particular need for making the judiciary independent was elaborately pointed out by Alexander Hamilton in the Federalist, No.78, from which we excerpt the following:

"The executive not only dispenses the honors, but holds the sword of the community. The Legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither force nor will, but merely judgment."

See Evans v. Gore, 253 U.S. 245, 249, 40 S.Ct. 550, 551 (1920).

This is a balance, a system of checks and balances among the three branches of American gov't, which has been defeated by the IRS through the complexities of the Tax Code alone. Congress now has all the proof it needs to justify a swift and indignant end to the agency as a whole. This balance is found in the Tax Code itself. This is not a challenge to the IRS, but rather is an explanation and instruction as to how the IRS has always been in violation of the law, and how the judiciary is to blame for allowing the IRS to exist in its present form. When law is not the foundation of taxation it may be said to have been taxation without representation, meaning that when our representatives (Congress) are not in control of how much is collected as "taxes" the taxation takes place without them or their influence. It is the judiciary and the executive which are acting together in contravention of Congress and its role in American government.
